Jessica Richer

Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker Jessica has been a full-time commercial realtor for over twenty years. Her vast experience spans all aspects of commercial transactions. Mrs. Richer is a Past President of the Board of Directors for the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB), a member of the CIREB Strategic Planning Committee and CIREB Nominating Committee. She is a member of the NYS Association of Realtors (NYSAR) and the Commercial Issues Working Group, a member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR), the Capital Region Chapter of the NYS Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mrs. Richer was appointed to the Town of Bethlehem, New York Board of Assessment Review and still serves today.
